Private sessions tend to be most supportive for people who:

  • Feel that their nervous system rarely has a chance to fully settle

  • Are experiencing sustained stress, burnout, or major life transitions

  • Value a slower, more structured process rather than quick fixes

  • Are open to working consistently with rhythm and sound over time

  • Feel drawn to working with sound rather than purely verbal approaches

You do not need prior experience with sound healing or regulation practices.

When this may not be the right fit

Private work may not be the best fit if:

• You are primarily looking for a single relaxation experience rather than an ongoing process

• You are currently in an acute mental health crisis that requires clinical care

• You are seeking medical diagnosis or treatment

In these situations, working with a licensed medical or mental health professional may be more appropriate.

THE STYLE

What it is like to work together

Private sessions are quiet, responsive spaces where we work directly with your nervous system through sound.

Each session unfolds responsively, rather than following a fixed structure. We begin with a short conversation to understand how your system has been recently, followed by a sound healing session. The instruments, pacing and intensity are chosen responsively, depending on what helps your system settle most naturally. We then close with a brief integration period, allowing time for reflection and gentle grounding before returning to daily life.

The work is usually simple and steady — allowing the nervous system to gradually rediscover a calmer baseline over time.

There is no pressure to perform, share, or reach a particular state. The sessions are designed to feel contained, supportive, and grounded.
