Hello! I’m Linda Zhong

I’m an integrative sound practitioner. I support those who carry more than they show, and help them build internal stability through structured sound & rhythm practices.

Over the past 3 years of working with clients in sound healing spaces, I’ve refined a structured approach to sound-based nervous system regulation. 

Through sound and rhythm, we create steadiness together — so you can move through life with greater clarity and grounded presence.

WHEN YOU NEED THIS

When you’ve been carrying more than your body can comfortably hold.

From the outside, life may look steady.

You show up. You lead. You handle responsibilities.

But internally, your system may feel tired. Tight. Always slightly “on.”

Sleep may not feel fully restorative. Your mind may keep running long after the day ends. Your body may not soften easily.

If this feels familiar, you are not broken.

You may simply need steadier support.

I work with sound and rhythm to help high-functioning adults build internal capacity — so steadiness becomes increasingly self-generated over time.

No hype. No dramatic promises.

Here, we focus on returning to our inner stability, and gradually relying less on external support.

APPROACH

My Approach to Sound-Based Regulation

You may notice that my work does not sit inside a single tradition.

This is intentional.

For over a decade, I arranged music across cultures and genres — Chinese, Celtic, Spanish, Filipino, folk, rock, cinematic.

Blending forms was never confusion. It was coherence.

Over the past few years, I have studied neuroscience-informed rhythm protocols and cross-cultural sound healing practices. I study each methodology in its own context. I respect its origins.

Then I ask a practical question: What truly helps the nervous system feel safer and more stable?

Rather than trying to “represent” one lineage, I integrate what is safe, practical, and effective for modern nervous systems.

The sessions I design are not random blends. They are structured, deliberate integrations.

This allows the work to remain grounded, adaptable, and relevant to modern high-functioning adults.

I do not provide a library of endless healing techniques.

I provide a structured path from supported regulation to self-generated stability — so you rely less on external support over time.
