  • Sessions are held live on Zoom.

    After joining the container, you will receive the Zoom link before each session. Participants typically lie down comfortably at home and simply listen to the sound session.

    There is no expectation to interact or speak during the session.

  • Live attendance is optional.

    All sessions are recorded, and you may simply listen to the recordings during the month whenever your schedule allows.

  • Recordings are uploaded to the private portal hosted on Teachable.

    As long as your subscription remains active, you will have access to the recordings inside the container.

  • Recordings remain available for as long as your participation in the container is active.

    Because the sessions are created in response to the rhythm of each period and the participants present at that time, they are intended to be experienced within the current cycle rather than kept as a long-term library.

    For most participants, revisiting the sessions within the same few months provides more than enough opportunity for integration.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically according to the plan you selected (monthly or quarterly).

  • Yes. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

    At times, elements such as simple mantras, rhythms, or tonal patterns that also appear in different cultural or spiritual traditions may be used. They are not used for worship or devotional purposes.
