Hello! I’m Linda Zhong.
I’m a sound practitioner focusing on regulation.
I support those who carry more than they show — high-functioning adults who hold a lot internally and rarely get a chance to settle.
Over the past 3 years of working with clients in sound healing spaces, I’ve refined a structured approach to sound-based nervous system regulation.
Through structured rhythm and sound practices, we create steadiness together — so you can move through life with greater clarity and grounded presence.
No hype. No performance pressure.
Here, we focus on returning to ourselves — and gradually relying less on external support as your internal stability grows.
When you’ve been carrying more than your body can comfortably hold.
From the outside, life may look steady.
You show up. You lead.
You handle responsibilities.
But internally, your system may feel tired. Tight. Always slightly “on.”
Sleep may not feel fully restorative.
Your mind may keep running long after the day ends.
Your body may not soften easily.
If this feels familiar, you are not broken.
You may simply need steadier support.
I work with sound and rhythm to help high-functioning adults regulate gently and sustainably — so steadiness becomes increasingly self-generated over time.
No hype.
No dramatic promises.
Just grounded, structured support for nervous systems under sustained demand.
Ways to Start Regulating
Different seasons call for different levels of support.
Some people begin with private work.
Some prefer a live seasonal container.
Some want tools they can practise independently.
You can begin wherever you are.
Private Co-Regulation
Personalised Sound Healing for deeper nervous system support
There are times when the nervous system remains in a constant state of alertness or exhaustion.
In private sessions, we work one-to-one with sound in a quiet, structured space that allows the body to gradually settle and regulate from within.
The focus is not only immediate relief, but helping the nervous system rebuild a steadier baseline over time.
Seasonal Regulation Cycle
Live Online Sound Healing Container
A quiet online space where you can simply lie down and receive sound.
Two live sessions each month create a gentle rhythm that allows the nervous system to regularly return to a calmer state.
Over time, this steady cycle supports regulation through repetition rather than intensity.
Rhythmic Empowerment
Self-guided rhythmic regulation practices
(Coming Soon)
Short 5 to 15-minute practices for your daily life where regulation is most needed.
Most exercises use body percussion so they can be practised quietly — even at work.
Drum and handpan variations are included for those who enjoy instruments.
My Approach to
Sound-Based Regulation
You may notice that my work does not sit inside a single tradition.
This is intentional.
For over a decade, I arranged music across cultures and genres — Chinese, Spanish, Filipino, folk, rock, cinematic.
Blending forms was never confusion.
It was coherence.
Over the past few years, I have studied neuroscience-informed rhythm protocols and cross-cultural sound healing practices.
I study each methodology in its own context. I respect its origins.
And then I ask a practical question:
What truly helps the nervous system feel safer and more stable?
Rather than trying to “represent” one lineage, I integrate what is safe, practical, and effective for modern nervous systems.
The sessions I design are not random blends.
They are structured, deliberate integrations.
This allows the work to remain grounded, adaptable, and relevant to modern high-functioning adults.
I do not provide a library of endless healing techniques.
I provide a structured path from supported regulation to self-generated stability — so you rely less on external support over time.
